(More customer reviews)The lamp was a good buy for the money. The only thing is the base of the lamp. My wife and I both said if we had known the base was black, we would not have brought it. The base takes away from the looks of the lamp. It should have had a chrome or nickel colored base. It is impossible to pack it up and send it back, because the packing material is cheap and tore up when unpacked. Now we're stuck with a lamp we don't care for.
