(More customer reviews)Took a chance as there are a few negative reviews regarding the quality of the lamp. It came in excellent condition. 1st quality without any flaws. We use them on our nightstands which are 30 inches high. With the nightstands level with the mattress the pull string is just a few inches higher then the table. Very easy to turn off light at night. Very pleased with the style.

We love this piece for its bold, geometric looks and simplicity. The rectangle base is in a brushed nickel finish. A white rectangle shade sits offset on the black finish vertical stands. A single light pull turns the lamp on and off. Takes one 60 watt bulb (not included). 20 1/2" high. Shade measures 6 1/2" x 4 1/2" x 9" high . Base measures 9"wide x 4"deep.
