(More customer reviews)This lamp is actually 190W, not 300W.This EXTERNAL VENDOR does not sell these lamps with 300W capability (lamp and bulb).25% restocking fee makes it financially illogical to return.The 190W is not bright enough for my needs.Was easy to assemble.Instructions are in picture form - no words.There appear to be two safety guards provided with the lamp.No indication if both should be used.
They (external vendor - not Amazon) also double-charged me sales tax when I checked out via Paypal (charged me once on their website and again on Paypal site).When I contacted them, they said they were aware of the problem and immediately issued a refund.(If they were aware of the problem, why didn't they refund the overcharge BEFORE I asked?How many of their customers were overcharged and didn't notice?).
